A children's museum and family resource center coming to Mountain View, MO — Late 2027
What we're building
The nearest interactive children's museum is more than 100 miles from Mountain View. We're building one here, and building it out of the industries this region already knows.
While moms plug into resources, computers, work space, and help finding what they need, their kids are in the same building learning through play. Our exhibits draw on transportation, music, and the crafts behind live entertainment, the work that happens long before anyone takes a stage. Children explore how things get made, moved, and put back together, and discover that the people who do that work live right here.
The space will also include a dedicated recording and performance studio, giving young musicians in the rural Ozarks access to real equipment, instruction, and a first look at how the music industry actually works. It's the kind of opportunity that usually requires living somewhere else.
Bee Inspired was built by people from right here who spent their working lives in that world and came home to build something with it.
Our mission
We empower women, uplift children, and honor grandmothers through education, community support, and intergenerational connection. We build inclusive spaces where women find resources, children learn through play, and grandmothers are celebrated as keepers of culture, wisdom, and strength.
Our facility is secured and under renovation. Our doors aren't open yet, but the work has started.
